Contract Business Analyst

at Govt Client in Canberra

Description of Work and Role/List of Roles:

A experienced business analyst is required to undertake business process modelling of a large grants payment process, which is being implemented into a COTS Grants Management System. The successful candidate will be required to undertake workshops with business partners and map out current processes and develop potential new processes. Through undertaking this process, BPM methodologies should be imparted onto technical support staff.


Selection Criteria:

Minimum 2 years experience business process modelling.
Experience using the Enterprise Architect software package or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn a simular product.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and facilitate business process modelling workshops.
Experience in delivering process description documentation
Experience in mentoring staff in performing business process modelling


Timeframes for the Services:

Candidate to commence ASAP. Duration of contract would be 4-8 weeks. (Later changed to about 15 weeks-Techpoint)
