Required qualifications and experience Delphi Developers
Delphi developer with a minimum 5 years experience. Government experience preferred.
A demonstrated ability to engage with requesting business areas and project stakeholders, discuss technical matters with both technical and non-technical staff, negotiate requirements between business and technical areas, and work closely with other technical staff to facilitate system development
Knowledge of Agile development an advantage.
Fee structure The quotation must be on the basis of the maximum fees quoted and fixed under the companies individual Deed .
Skills & Knowledge Transfer n/a
Other Requirements Specified Personnel performing the Services will be required to sign a personal deed and acknowledgement relating to confidentiality, security, moral rights, intellectual property and other relevant matters as required by FaHCSIA. Any contract will be conditional on this occurring.
