PROGRAM TECHNICAL DESIGN RFQ ICT – 0163

Services/work required:
The Specified Personnel will be required to provide, but not limited to, the following services:
Working for and reporting to the Portfolio Infrastructure Integration Program Assistant Secretary, providing service as a Program Technical Design Authority.
This will include:
• Provide expert advice and guidance to Senior Management and Project Managers on the technical strategy within the ICT Infrastructure Integration Program Framework.
• Provide input to the Steering Committee and ensure there is appropriate alignment and control when changes are being planned and implemented.
• Liaising and negotiating with key program stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:
must be met to progress in the evaluation, where the Highly Desirable Criteria is scored.
Essential Criteria:
1. Extensive (7-10 years) experience in business and technical architectures associated with large, complex organisations, preferably a government organisation.
2. Extensive (7 - 10 years) Technical IT experience in midrange eBusiness environments.
3. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal skills.
4. Demonstrated strong project management experience.
5. Demonstrated experience in working within a large complex Program with stakeholders from multiple organisations.
Highly Desirable:
1. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
2. MSP Certification
3. Demonstrated ability to work and partner with IT vendors
4. Prince 2 Certification
Any required particular personnel: Not applicable.
Timeframe for response: 2pm, TUESDAY 22 JUNE 2010.
Timeframe for required Services: Approximately 6 months.
