freelance Security Technical Specialist

Our large government client is currently seeking an experienced Security Technical Specialist responsible for the analysis, design and management of high profile projects.

Key Duties will include:

  • Analysis, architecture, design & review for federated identity management solutions in the FIM / TAM / WebSeal space
  • Delivery of high quality high level & detailed designs to support federated identity management for high profile projects.
  • Assistance in solving complex technical problems in the FIM / TAM / WebSeal space.
  • Mentoring of junior staff and Transfer of knowledge

Essential Criteria:

  • Significant demonstrated technical experience in FIM / TAM / Webseal in a large scale multi platform Java / J2EE IT environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with the architecture and development of enterprise security frameworks.

Highly Desirable Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing integration code for Tivoli product suite
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing SAML-based solutions for agency and cross-agency Single Sign On.
  • Demonstrated experience with the Rational development toolsuite and Websphere Application Server.
  • Demonstrated experience in code audit, process improvement and mentoring in an enterprise development context.
