RFQ – 0147 (Re-submitted) PERFORMANCE ANALYST - TESTER
at Govt Dept in canberra
Services/work required • Creation of detailed test plans including application simulation models and test run schedules,
• Preparation, development and execution of test scripts and scenarios via HP Performance Center,
• Reviewing, Assessing, Communicating Risks,
• Test Reporting and analysis of application performance.
Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience (2+years) in HP product suite including;
• HP Performance Center /Loadrunner
• HP SiteScope
• HP Quality Center
Demonstrated Script Development experience in any of the following protocols:
• Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services
• Siebel
• Oracle
• Windows Sockets
Demonstrated understanding and/or experience of performance testing methodologies, Development of detailed test plans, application simulation models, performance monitoring and analysis techniques.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and co-ordinate with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Security Clearance ‘PROTECTED’ level clearance required
Any required particular personnel Not applicable
Other requirements • Candidates submitted must be Australian Citizens. Confirm candidates’ citizenship status at time of submission.
• Rates should appropriately reflect the candidates’ skills and experience.
• Successful candidates must be available to start at short notice.
• Candidates must be prepared to travel to Canberra for an interview. Phone interviews will not be conducted.
• Include referee contact details.
• Indicate if specified personnel have previously worked at DIAC
• Please list any subcontracting arrangements in the Schedule 12.

SCHEDULE 12: Agency Quotation
AGENCY TO COMPLETE
Quotation Number:
1) TECHNOWAND submits a Quotation in accordance with the Standing Offer entered into between the Customer and the Contractor dated xx/xx/xxxx to supply the Services specified in Request for Quotation No. 147 (re-submitted) . The Contractor confirms that the terms and conditions specified in the Standard Contract Terms and the Customer’s Request for Quotation will apply in the event that this Quotation is accepted by the Customer.
2) This Quotation will remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of submission.
3) The Contractor acknowledges that no binding contract (express or otherwise) is created between the Customer and the Contractor until the parties execute a Work Order.
